W.SONG

Founded in 2022, Shanghai-based menswear label W.SONG tends to explore the artistry and functionality of clothes with a kernel of classical craftsmanship and structural pattern experimentation. The brand's designerpreviously undertook advanced studies in Glasgow with the P.R. Patterson team. 

Accustomed to calmly side-scribing hidden details, W.SONG incorporates a variety of fine hand stitches into the installation-inspired patterns.

The brand deeply explores themes of individual communication through an annual collection, translating these subtle and imperceptible sensations into sartorial form. The fabrics mainly utilise high-quality natural fibres, woven in various techniques undergoing secondary treatments such as grey-black re-dyeing and brushing to achieve a subtle textured finish beneath their tranquil surface. These processes impart a distinctivetone, evoking a sense of the passage of time.
